This ultra fun event puts your running, biking, and swimming abilities to the test! If you have ever thought of doing a Triathlon before, this is your time to start! Our consolidated course keeps all the action centered right around the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center (SHAC), so it is great for spectators and families as well!! Click the link above to register now!! Registration Information: New this year, we are assigning swimming wave start times at registration. When you register, you will be prompted to pick one of five start times. The first wave is reserved for elite competitors, so only select that time if elite status applies to you. Other athletes may pick any of the other times that work best for them. Triathletes can pick one of five races to compete in: Adult Individual Sprint, Adult Sprint Relay, Adult Beginner, Kid's Sprint, and Kid's Beginner. Kids can compete in the adult races to be eligible to receive an award. There will be a relay option for the Adult Sprint division only, with categories for Open Men, Open Women, and Mixed. A relay can consist of up to three athletes, each completing one of the disciplines (swim, bike, run). To register a team, one person will be the designated team captain and will register and pay the team entry fee. Upon successful registration, the captain will get a link to invite the other team members, who will also enter their contact information to complete the team registration. Packet Pickup Information: Packet Pickup will be available on Friday, April 10th, 2026 from 4:00 PM-7:00 PM at the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center (SHAC), located at 1140 N 2400 W, St. George, UT 84770. Starting Line Information: Location: The Swimming Pool at Sand Hollow Aquatic Center (1140 N 2400 W, St. George, UT 84770) Start Times: - Adult Sprint & Relay: 7:00 AM (waves we begin every 30 minutes, with the Elite wave first) - Adult Beginner: 11:00 AM - Kid's Sprint & Kid's Beginner: 12:00 PM & 12:30 PM *Parking will be available at Snow Canyon High School, located at 1215 Lava Flow Dr. St. George, UT 84770, on race day. No Street Parking! Course information: Swim Course: The swim will be in the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center (SHAC) indoor pool. The swim will take place in heats of approximately 20 racers. There will be two people in each full-sized lane. The pool temperature will be between 81 - 84 degrees. Lap counters will be present to help you keep track of your swim distance. - Adult Sprint and Relay: 16 Lengths (400m) - Adult Beginner: 8 Lengths (200m) - Kid's Sprint: 4 Lengths (100m) - Kid's Beginner: 2 Lengths (50m) Bike Course: Adult Sprint, Relay, and Beginner riders will leave the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center (SHAC) and take a right onto Warrior Way (2400 West). They will turn right onto Pioneer Parkway (2000 N) before turning right again on Tuweap Drive. Riders will take Tuweap Drive to Sunset Blvd, go right again, ride up Sunset, go right again and back to the SHAC on Warrior Way. Kid's Sprint and Kid's Beginner riders will complete an out and back on Warrior Way. Riders must have their helmet strapped before taking their bike off the rack. Earbuds or headphones may not be worn at any time while on the bike. Riders must mount and dismount at the designated lines. Riders may NOT ride in the Transition Area. - Adult Sprint and Relay: 4 loops (12 miles). You are responsible for keeping track of your own lap count. - Adult Beginner: 2 loops (6 miles) - Kid's Sprint: 2 miles - Kid's Beginner: 1 mile Run Course: The running course is an out-and-back loop. Adult Sprint & Relay runners do 2 loops before heading down the trail to the Finish Line. Adult Beginner runners do 1 loop before heading to the Finish Line. Runners will follow the bike path North of the pool and East of Warrior Way. The Aid Station is located mid-way on the course so all runner will pass it at least twice. The Kid's Sprint and Kid's Beginner runners will complete a shorter out-and-back run on the same pathway. One earbud may be worn during the run. - Adult Sprint and Relay: 2 loops (3 miles) - Adult Beginner: 1 loop (1.55 miles) - Kid's Sprint: 3/4 mile - Kid's Beginner: 1/2 mile Awards and Medals: All finishers receive a finisher medal! The Individual Sprint race will have awards for the top 3 male and female finishers in each 5-year age group. The Sprint Relay race will have awards for the top team overall in each of the categories (Open Men, Open Women, and Mixed). The top three male and female finishers in the Kids Sprint race will receive awards. The adult awards will be presented at 11:15 AM, and the kids awards will be presented at 1:00 PM. Pricing Information: Regular Registration (until Friday, March 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST): - Adult Sprint Relay: $80 - Adult Sprint: $70 - Adult Beginner: $70 - Kids Sprint: $20 - Kids Beginner: $20 Late Registration (until Friday, April 10, 2026 at 7:00 PM MST): - Adult Sprint Relay: $95 - Adult Sprint: $80 - Adult Beginner: $80 - Kids Beginner: $35 - Kids Sprint: $35 *Kids races are for children 17 years old and younger.
